Ryan: Hi Julie. Thanks for finding time in your busy schedule to meet with me.

Julie: It`s really no problem at all. Especially, since you are going to help us so much.

Ryan: I hope that will be the case. So, please tell me about how a project starts and what you do first.

Julie: Well, really, a project can come in from anywhere. It can come from an email, or a meeting, or a verbal directive to one of the team members.

Ryan: Well then, let`s start with what type of requests there are.

Julie: Ok. Well, there are typically two types:internal requests, like reports and such, and then the larger external requests for a new or revised marketing piece.

Ryan: Now, “external requests” means that we are creating something new or revising something that exists already. These requests will ultimately be seen by the customer.

Ryan: 안녕하세요. 바쁘신데, 이렇게 시간을 내 주셔서 감사합니다.

Julie: 별말씀을요. 저희를 더 많이 도와주시고 계시는데요.

Ryan: 그렇다면 다행이네요. 프로젝트를 어떻게 시작하고 무엇을 먼저 해야 할지 말씀해 주세요.

Julie: 시작은 어디서나 할 수 있죠. 이메일로든, 미팅으로든 혹은 팀의 한명에게 지시를 할 수도 있구요.

Ryan: 그렇다면 어떤 종류의 요구부터인지 파악하죠. Julie:두가지 종류가 있는데, 보고서 같은 내부의 요구가 있구요, 새롭거나 변경된 마케팅 종류의 외부적인 요구가 있어요.

Ryan: 그렇다면 외부적인 요청이란 우리가 새롭게 변경된 사항을 만들어야 한다는 말이네요. 이 요구들은 궁극적으로 고객들에 의한 것들이네요.
